Acoustic information

The objective of Acusfoc is to study and apply fireproof insulation, acoustic insulation, and thermal insulation in the building and industry sectors.

INFRASTRUCTURE THAT IS FIREPROOF

Acusfoc’s mission is to prevent structures from collapsing and collapsing by providing stability and fire resistance.

In its capacity as a consultant, installer, and certifier of passive fire protection solutions, Acusfoc intends to offer clients the best option that meets their requirements in Building and Industry for compliance with the Technical Building Code (CTE) and the Regulations on Fire Safety in Industrial Establishments.

In order to legalize an activity, Acusfoc will provide the following documents to the client.

A technical certificate that is endorsed by the Official College of Industrial Technical Engineers.

The products used are tested in officially approved laboratories.

Certificate of Company Application.

The technical sheets for the products used.

Based on the conditions of the elements to be protected and the stability or fire resistance required, these products are used:

Metal structures are painted with INTUMESCENT PAINT in the most favorable cases, for up to 120 minutes.

For metal and concrete structures, mineral fiber mortar (rock wool projection) can last for 240 minutes.

A VERMICULITE MORTAR is suitable for structures composed of metal and concrete, lasting up to 240 minutes.

Concrete structures can be protected for up to 240 minutes with plaster mortar or PERLITA plaster.

240 minute fireproof panels for metal and concrete structures and for sealing installation passages.

To seal installation passages, intumescent collars, intumescent bags, intumescent grids, and intumescent mastics are available.

INSTALLATION OF FIREPROOF CONDUITS.

A FIREPROOF FINISH ENAMEL AND AN ANTICORROSIVE PRIMER.

Concrete structures can be protected from fire by ABLATIVE CERAMIC PAINT.

The ROLECE (Official Register of Bidders and Classified Companies of the Public Sector) is a registry granted by the Ministry of Finance, to which only companies that demonstrate technical and economic solvency can apply for membership. Acusfoc is registered there as a professional, technical, and economic guarantee. Acusfoc is also registered in the Accreditation Register (REA).

Fireproofing and occupational risk prevention are among the specialties of our staff.

We are equipped with specialized machinery for all situations, including high-power three-phase sprayers for large surfaces, single-phase sprayers for small spaces, lifting platforms for areas that are difficult to access, and generator sets in case of a power outage.

ROCK WOOL MORTAR PNEUMATIC SPRAYING

This is the best and most modern solution for thermal insulation of housing chambers and ventilated facades, preventing condensation and humidity issues. The material also has a noncombustible fire classification of M0, which makes it a good acoustic absorbent material. Suitable for insulating roofs on the inside as well.

ROCK WOOL FILLING OF CHAMBERS

The interior is projected with cameras.

FOAM OF POLYURETHANE

From the outside, it is used to insulate cameras, facades, and roofs.

PAINTING PROJECTS FOR EUROTERMIK

Developed to reduce the temperature of surfaces exposed to solar radiation, it is a thermal insulation system based on a liquid-applied coating.

RCS (Reflective Coating Systems) technology is used in the manufacture of EUROTERMIK.

Thermal insulation systems made from EUROTERMIK have high solar reflectivity (86%) and solar emissivity (90%).

In terms of solar radiation, reflectivity refers to the ability of a material to release accumulated heat. This process will be faster if its value is higher.

Despite adverse weather conditions and time, these properties remain stable, ensuring that solar radiation has no negative effects on the material.
