Business law is one of ExLibro’s biggest specialties!
We offer courses in contract law, company law, bankruptcy and insolvency law, among others, within business law.
In this program, we focus on niche courses that focus on issues that practitioners encounter in their everyday work, and which are perceived as more challenging.
To ensure that there is enough room for questions and answers, we limit the number of participants in our courses! Therefore, if you are looking for courses that will help you achieve legal excellence, you have come to the right place.
The following is a list of all the current courses we offer in the area of business law. Hope you find something interesting!
Please contact us if you don’t find what you’re looking for, and perhaps there will be a future course.
Dispute resolution (also available digitally!)
There are a lot of contractual disputes, as you probably know. It is common for one party to bring a claim and the other party to object, which raises contractual law issues. A number of the most frequent contractual law issues are discussed in this course, as well as relevant jurisprudence.
You must take this course if you provide legal advice or recommendations!
Disputations about valuations (also given digitally!)
As a lawyer, do you sometimes collaborate with valuation experts or meet them on the other side of the table? If so, then this course is for you!
Do you file in a general court, administrative court, or arbitration board? Then this course is for you!
Bankruptcy procedural challenges and opportunities
As part of this course, we discuss various opportunities and challenges associated with bankruptcy litigation.
This is an excellent opportunity to listen to one of the country’s leading bankruptcy litigators, Lars Ehrstedt with over 40 years of experience in court and arbitration proceedings. Those working with bankruptcy or insolvency, or otherwise dealing with this type of process, should take this course.
A recent case involving association law
A discussion of the legal development in association law – especially limited company law – is presented by Urban Bvestam and Johan Danelius. New practice from the Supreme Court and the courts of appeal, as well as new legislation, are reviewed by them. This is a must-read for anyone who works with association law issues! The number of places is limited and first come, first served!
THE LECTURERS WE USE
Our courses should always leave you with new, useful knowledge that will improve your advisories.
The lecturers we hire have a combination of exceptional experience in their field and excellent teaching abilities. We hire both practitioners and academics as lecturers in order to have a breadth of perspectives. The goal of our courses must always be to make the participants even better at their craft, focusing on the problems that the practitioner faces.
In most courses, current legal cases are used as a point of departure for analysis and relevant practice. Participants will gain new insight into the use of practice and legislation in their daily work through this course.
