Can you tell me when my order will arrive?

For order processing and verification, please allow 3-5 business days, and for delivery, please allow 5-10 business days. An additional fee is charged for expedited shipping.

There was a change of heart. Is it possible to get a refund or exchange my order?

If an item needs to be exchanged, UniqueHype will gladly do so for store credit only. Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your shipment before sending back the items. All original tags must be attached to returned items in perfect, new condition. We must receive the returned merchandise within 10 days of receiving the return authorization. Accessories, stickers, undergarments, including boxers, undershirts and final sale items, cannot be returned or exchanged.

Is international shipping available?

International shipping is available. Duty fees/Tariffs for customs must be paid by the customer.

Policy on returns

If an item needs to be exchanged, UniqueHype will gladly do so for store credit only. Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your shipment before sending back the items. Exchanged items must be in perfect, new condition with all original tags attached. We must receive the returned merchandise within 10 days of receiving the return authorization. It is important to note that accessories, stickers, undergarments such as boxers, undershirts, or final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

If you return an item, you will not be refunded the original shipping cost, and you are responsible for return shipping costs. At any UniqueHype location, returns and exchanges are not possible. If a package is lost in transit, UniqueHype is not responsible for reimbursement or compensation.

Taxes

The state of New York charges sales tax on orders shipped within the state. Tax is not applied to apparel under $110, including hats and footwear. The applicable tax rate for apparel, hats, and footwear over $110 is 8.875%. Accessories and bags are not considered apparel and are taxable. Bags and accessories are subject to a tax rate of 8.875%. Taxes are also applied to shipping.

New York sales tax does not apply to orders shipped outside the state.

Clients from abroad are responsible for their own duties and tariffs.
